Terms of Use
Estimates, not advice
Ganito is a calculator. Its results are estimates based on the numbers you enter, standard formulas and the published rates built into the app. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they are not an offer, quote or sanction from any bank or authority.
Rates and rules change
Tax slabs, GST rates, small-savings rates, land-unit conventions and currency rates change. Each rate file in the app names its source and date; check the official source before you rely on a figure for a payment, a filing, an invoice, a loan or a land deal. Currency rates are the European Central Bank's reference rates and differ from what a bank or exchange charges.
Your use
You are responsible for the numbers you enter and the decisions you make. Invoices made with the quick-invoice tool must be checked by you before you issue them.
No warranty
The app and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Workaholic Developers is not liable for losses arising from the use of the app or its results.
The app
Ganito is free at launch. Features marked "Pro" are free for everyone for now; if paid features arrive later, they will be clearly marked and optional.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
